🛒 Ordering & Customization
1. How do I customize my projector?
It's simple. After you complete your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to submit your photo and personalization details — including any names, dates, or short messages you'd like on your disc.
Our team takes it from there.
2. What kind of photo should I use?
The best photos are:
- High resolution (at least 1MB, ideally 3MB or above)
- Clear and well-lit
- Featuring the subject prominently in the frame
Black and white photos work beautifully too. If you're unsure whether your photo will work, just send it over — we'll let you know honestly.
3. Can I include names, dates, or a short message?
Yes. During the customization submission process, you can add:
- A name or names
- A meaningful date (birthday, anniversary, passing date)
- A short message or quote (recommended: under 15 words)
Keep it simple — the most powerful tributes often are.
4. Can I see a preview before it goes into production?
Absolutely. We send every customer a design proof via email before we begin production. We don't move forward until you've reviewed and approved it. If something doesn't feel right, just tell us — we'll revise it until it does.
5. Can I submit more than one photo?
Each disc is designed around one primary photo. However, you're welcome to send us a few options and let our design team recommend the best one for projection.

6. How long does production take?
Once you approve your design proof, production takes 3–5 business days.
We take care with every disc — this isn't something we rush.
7. How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition — whether it's traveling across the country or across the ocean.
9. Can I order as a gift? Will there be any pricing information in the package?
Yes — Personimos makes a deeply meaningful gift.
We offer gift-ready packaging, and no pricing information is included inside the parcel. You can also add a handwritten gift note during checkout.
🔄 Changes & Returns
10. Can I make changes after I’ve submitted my photo?
Yes — as long as production hasn't started.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at support@personimos.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible, but we'll always try.
11. Can I return or exchange a custom order?
Because every projector is custom-made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns on personalized items.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error — we will remake it or refund it. No questions asked.
Your satisfaction matters more to us than any policy.
12. What if I’m not happy with the final product?
Please reach out to us at support@personimos.com with a photo of the issue.

13. What’s the difference between the Classic and Premium editions?
Classic Edition

14. How large is the projection?
The Classic Edition projects up to approximately 10 feet in diameter on a standard ceiling or wall.
The Premium Edition projects up to approximately 15 feet, with enhanced clarity and brightness.
For best results, use in a darkened room with the projector placed 10 feet from the surface.
15. How do I change the projection disc?
The disc slides in and out easily — no tools required. You can order additional custom discs at any time to create a collection of light memories.
16. What’s included in the box?
