At Personimos, every product is custom-made with care just for you. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders require 1-3 business days for production before shipping. This is because every item is individually crafted based on your photos and personalization details. Please double-check all photos and personalization information before submitting your order, as we begin production shortly after the order is placed.

Shipping Time

After production is complete, estimated delivery times are as follows. United States: 5-10 business days. United Kingdom: 7-14 business days. Canada and Australia: 7-14 business days. Europe: 7-14 business days. Rest of World: 10-20 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or peak seasons such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — please check our current promotions at checkout for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@personimos.com and we will look into it right away.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any concerns about potential charges before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@personimos.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement shipment if necessary. Your satisfaction is our priority and we will do everything we can to make it right.
