Refund policy

We create custom memorial gifts made specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.

 

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with poor print quality, we will replace it or refund you at no cost — no need to return the item.

 

To request a replacement or refund due to quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@personimos.com with:

  • - Your order number
  • - A clear photo of the issue 

We will review and respond within 1-2 business days.

 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective or damaged
  • - Poor print quality (blurry, faded, incorrect)
  • - Wrong item received

 

We will make it right at no cost to you. 

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • - Change of mind
  • - Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • - Sale items or gift cards Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.

 

Refunds 

Once your quality issue is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@personimos.com.

 

European Union Orders 

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, provided the item is not personalized or custom-made. Contact us at support@personimos.com for any questions.
